The Raw Materials Support Specialist plays a key role at the Lonza Visp site as part of the QA Supplier Management Team. In this position, you will support the management of Vendor Change Notifications (VCNs), ensuring that any supplier-initiated changes are properly assessed, documented, and implemented in a controlled and compliant manner. The role requires working across multiple systems, including SAP, TrackWise, and the Document Management System. Project title: Raw Materials & Supplier Change Control Specialist m/f/d Type of employment: Payroll Industry: Pharma Skills: raw materials,quality asurance,supplier management Project start: 01.06.2026 Project duration: 30.11.2026 Location: 3930 Visp, Switzerland, 2 day / week - onsite Tasks: ·Review and assess VCNs from suppliers and coordinate internal evaluations. ·Ensure impact assessments are completed with relevant departments. ·Track and document VCNs in line with internal procedures and regulatory expectations. ·Drive timely implementation of required actions and documentation updates. Qualifications: ·Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field. ·Ideally, initial experience in a similar role. ·Strong understanding of GMP regulations and change control processes. ·Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities. ·Familiarity with supply chains, raw materials, equipment, facilities, or logistics is a plus. ·Excellent communication and teamwork skills, both written and verbal. ·Fluent English, German is an advantage. ·5+ years of relevant experience, including extensive hands-on experience with TrackWise.
