This full-time engagement involves comprehensive financial oversight and cost management responsibilities for manufacturing operations during a strategic transition period. The assignment offers the opportunity to work independently within a sophisticated manufacturing environment, applying advanced controlling methodologies and contributing to operational excellence initiatives in a highly regulated industry setting. Your Responsibilities ·Independent preparation of annual plant budgets and regular performance reporting including variance analysis and corrective action recommendations ·Autonomous coordination of annual plant standard cost recalculations and deviation reporting with actionable insights ·Provision of accurate and timely financial data for plants and departments including margin analysis and inventory management ·Professional consultation regarding evaluation and assessment of capital expenditures and investment justifications ·Technical advisory support for investment analysis and new business initiative evaluations ·Independent monitoring of all plant-related GAAP, SOX and internal policy compliance requirements Your Profile ·Extensive experience in Finance and Controlling functions with proven track record in manufacturing environments ·Advanced SAP proficiency with hands-on experience in controlling modules ·Demonstrated expertise in corporate group environments and complex organizational structures ·Strong background in manufacturing industry operations and production cost accounting ·Fluent German and English language skills for international business communication ·Independent working style with ability to deliver results in time-critical situations Project Details ·Project start: 01.07.2026 ·Project duration: 5 months full-time ·Workload: Full-time engagement ·Location: 95% Remote (Sometimes in Thüringen) ·Compensation: Market-competitive
