TARO is a lighthouse project within Telefonica. Its aim is to provide technology agnostic DSL offers towards the customer for best technical and commercial product fit to the customer. The new enhanced Availability Check via the ‘TAA Tool’ TARO returns access DSL, Fibre, Cable and 4G/5G for My Home / Fixed Line products prioritized by business rules. The application provides real-time services that should be available 24/7. Building the infrastructure from scratch and the application is cloud-native built on the micro services architecture pattern AWS lambda. The application is designed for serverless computing, subject to cost evaluations by the project. The application utilizes the cloud capabilities such as auto-scaling along with zero downtime and renders self-healing Services. The new services of TARO are TM Forum compliant open APIs. The security of the transactions is achieved by encryption at rest and transit. The TARO implementation shall be delivered in BizDevOps model that comprises of several functions including internals and externals in highly collaborative and engaged Teams. Anforderungen – must have: Telecom domain know-how of at least 5 Years. Deep understanding of Product Catalogue, CRM, Customer Portals, CIM. Proven knowledge of TM Forum standards. Working knowledge in Scrum teams and aware of scrum methodologies. Anforderungen – should + nice to have: Know-how on AWS technologies like Lambda, SQS, SNS, Dynamo DB, CloudWatch, X-Ray etc. Know-how of PL/SQL, Java, Nodejs, REST, SOAP. DevOps aspects in daily way of working. B2 level of German knowledge Prior experience in Telefonica PDP process.
