For the next possible date we are looking for a committed personality as a Associate Director (m/f/d) Trade Relations GDP  Your tasks ·Head of German Distribution ·Responsible Manager for the German Customer Service team and daily business for all related tasks of order and return management, incl. back-office ·Internal First point of contact for all Distribution related questions ·Ensures access for Germany to key pharmaceutical wholesaler groups and key pharmacies ·Responsible for flawless S&OP and demand forecasting ·Improvement and setup of global ERP-system (Oracle / SAP Hana) meeting local necessities ·Leading cross-functional alignments with Finance, Regulatory, Legal and Quality Teams ·Lead and maintain close relationship with Shared Service Centers. ·Driving defined projects on national and international level in alignment with Global Trade Operations (GTO) ·Manage and develop 3 Party Logistics (3PL) approaches including contracts to be negotiated. ·Responsible for Procedural Documents (SOP, Work Instructions) meeting GDP-criteria and local business needs ·Takes into account the specifics of German market in terms of local law requirements (Public Service Obligation) as well as Wholesaler/Retail Pharmacies vs. Hospital pharmacies split and common market practices ·Responsible for Month End/Quarter End/ Year End cycles as well as internal and external audit preparation and management (GDP, SOX) ·Responsible Lead to support all product launches and ensure a robust Supply Chain for our client ·Engage in cross-functional projects leading to new market approaches together with Market Access and Business Units to maximize the outcome for our client Your qualifications ·Proven Team leadership experience ·Proven leadership skills with an ability to set a vision, to inspire, to champion change, drive innovative thinking and influence across functions ·Well experienced in German Pharmaceutical Distribution Channel set-up ·Proven experience with SAP / Hana ·Well experienced in Daily Business routines and cross-functional collaboration with Finance teams ·Experience of corresponding Legal/ Regulatory framework ·Proven experience with Key external stakeholder (Pharmaceutical Wholesalers, Hospital Pharmacies, Retail Pharmacies) ·Proven knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and False Medicines Directive (FMD) ·Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time ·Track record of coordinating multiple teams to prioritize business objectives and meet business requirements ·Experience in forecasting demand, supply chain management and analysis of Distribution related KPI ·Proven analytical skills, customer orientation as well as problem solving mind set ·Ability to assume full responsibility for accuracy and reliability of complex analysis ·Strong interpersonal savviness with ability to establish robust professional relationships, create alignment, resolve conflict, inspire others ·Ability to interact cross-functionally and at all levels of the organization (local and international). ·Excellent communication skills with ability to present information to a high standard, in a variety of different formats to colleagues and customers at all levels ·Proactive, self-starter with the ability to learn quickly If you feel attracted by this job feel free to get in touch with Lea Stolle at Optares Medical via lea.stolle@optares.de or by phone under +49 441 21879-42
