To support the continued expansion of this dynamic company, we are currently looking for a Head of Medical Affairs (m/f/d) Location: UK - London Area Your tasks ·Act as medical expert for therapy areas, supporting brand strategies, product claims, and materials (promotional and non-promotional), ensuring compliance with the ABPI Code of Conduct. ·Oversee local Medical Affairs operations, addressing HCP and patient queries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK/Ireland regulatory and pricing procedures. ·Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), lead advisory boards, and support scientific and local meetings ·Evaluate local and global business opportunities, contribute to international medical projects, and ensure compliance with pharmaceutical legislation. ·Provide medical training for company staff, including sales teams, and develop scientific materials to support formulary submissions. ·Act as primary "data expert," leveraging clinical/scientific data to optimize brand plans, identify positioning opportunities, and support HTA submissions. ·Monitor industry developments, NHS changes, and new data, sharing insights to inform strategies and communications. ·Review and approve materials, support and defend promotional claims, and manage pharmacovigilance activities, including patient support programs and market research. ·Drive medical affairs projects and publication plans, develop internal guidelines/SOPs, and engage in clinical audit programs as appropriate. ·Maintain in-depth knowledge of disease areas, company products, and NHS structures; provide internal and external scientific training and presentations. ·Establish and strengthen relationships with external stakeholders, including KOLs, professional groups, patient organizations, and regulatory bodies. Your qualifications ·Medically qualified with full GMC registration and license to practice. ·Over 5 years of clinical experience; industry experience in relevant therapy areas desirable. ·Experience working cross-functionally and familiarity with ABPI Code of Practice desirable. ·Strong communication skills, ability to convey complex scientific information to diverse audiences. ·Skilled in prioritization, planning, and delivering on objectives. ·Proficiency in MS Teams, online medical resources, and medical databases. Location: UK - London Area

Your tasks
