Aufgaben: ·Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE and PY-AT) in compliance with German and Austrian legal requirements. ·Lead or assist in end-to-end payroll implementations for German and Austrian entities. ·Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve functional issues. ·Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyse gaps, and design scalable solutions. ·Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with related modules (PA, OM, Time Management). ·Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements. ·Prepare documentation such as functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
