ServiceNow Entwickler (m/w/d) - asap - 3 Monate+ - fulltime (DE)
[10057]
wir sind auf der Suche nach einem ServiceNow Entwickler (m/w/d): Beschreibung: Acts as senior technical backbone for the Core & Platform stream, reinforcing the interim Product Owner who cannot cover both Dev and PO responsibilities alone. Brings deep, multi-module ServiceNow expertise beyond ITSM, ideally including ITOM, SPM, HAM/SAM, or GRC depending on scope. Has a solid understanding of platform architecture (CMDB/CSDM, Flow Designer vs. legacy Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, GlideRecord/GlideAjax) and integration competency (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, event-driven integrations), with the Common Service Data Model as the foundation for clean data modeling. Applies performance and security best practices (e.g. ACL design, Instance Security Center). Understands ServiceNow release cycles and deprecation handling, relevant given the ongoing Australia-Upgrade cadence, and manages technical debt (custom vs. OOTB usage). Makes technical decisions that go beyond individual stories, covering interfaces to other systems, scalability, and maintainability, in close coordination with Solution/Enterprise Architecture to keep platform decisions consistent in the overall context. Brings SAFe/Scrum experience, including technical input into backlog prioritization, and can translate technical options into terms understandable for PMs and POs, an important interface skill given the dual-lead model with the interim PO. Potentially mentors developers technically (code reviews, standards setting) and communicates confidently with non-technical stakeholders. Skills: Senior, multi-module ServiceNow profile (Platform architecture, CMDB/CSDM, integrations, security and performance best practices), ideally certified across several modules, SAFe/Scrum experience, strong stakeholder communication skills. Business-fluent German required. Rahmenbedingungen: Start: asap Dauer: 3 Monate+ Auslastung: fulltime Ort: remote Sprache: englisch (deutsch - nice to have)
