Dear professionals! We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Project Manager to lead complex ERP implementation and transformation projects in an international environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering multiple Dynamics projects and managing stakeholders across business and IT functions. Responsibilities ·Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and transformation projects ·Manage project scope, budget, timelines, resources, and risks ·Coordinate international stakeholders, business teams, and external implementation partners ·Facilitate project workshops, steering committees, and status meetings ·Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management activities ·Ensure successful project delivery in line with business objectives and quality standards ·Act as the main point of contact between business, IT, and third-party vendors Requirements ·Several years of experience as a Project Manager in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environments ·Proven experience delivering multiple complex ERP implementation, migration, or rollout projects ·Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations processes ·Experience managing international and cross-functional project teams ·Solid knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and/or Waterfall project methodologies ·Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills Language Requirements ·Fluent Italian (mandatory) ·Fluent English (mandatory) ·German is considered an advantage Personal Competencies ·Excellent leadership and communication skills ·Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities ·Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset ·Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities ·Strong decision-making and organizational skills Nice to know: We are looking for a senior-level project leader with hands-on experience in multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects, capable of driving international ERP transformations and engaging effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
