Consult the newly to be established department contract management and consult in the customers implementation project ·Establish and maintain trading relationship with counterparts including negotiation of master trading agreements ·Coordination of novation with counterparties ·Negotiate collateral documents ·Negotiation of agreements with Energy Exchanges ·Negotiation of brokerage agreements ·Act as coordinating interface between various support function (e.g. legal, accounting, tax, regulatory, compliance) Objective: ·Preparation of UK market access for MFE; ·establish MTA standards and broaden counterparty portfolio, also – if required – for other customer entities (apart from MFE) to implement strategic solutions. Must haves: ·Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft ·Erfahrung mit Vertragsverhandlungen ·Rechtshintergrund notwendig ·Englisch Muss Nice to haves: ·Deutsch von Vorteil ·Volljurist Vorteil ·Erfahrung mit Börsen von Vorteil Rahmenbedingungen: Start: 01.07.25 Dauer: 31.12.25 Auslastung: 120 LT Ort: Essen, 95% remote, 5% vor Ort Sprache: Englisch, Deutsch (nice to have)
