(m/w/d): Description: We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with strong DevOps expertise to optimize our infrastructure and deliver a microservice for skill-based people search. Responsibilities: ·Optimize the frontend deployment pipeline in Azure DevOps. ·Design and implement a high-performance internal search service (“telephone book” style) using Python or as a wrapper around an existing search engine. ·Create clear documentation and implement unit & integration tests for reliability and maintainability. ·Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and project managers; participate in code reviews and regular checkpoints. Required Skills: ·5+ years of professional experience with Python ·Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure & Azure DevOps (CI/CD) ·Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade software ·Agile development experience (Kanban/Scrum) ·Fluent in English, German is a plus Nice to have: ·Experience with frontend build pipelines (Vite/React) ·Experience with IIS ·Knowledge of search technologies (Elasticsearch, Solr, OpenSearch, semantic search) Rahmenbedingungen: Start: 01.10.2025 Ende: 31.10.2025 + Option auf Verlängerung Auslastung: Vollzeit Ort: remote Sprache: Deutsch, Englisch

- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Experience with frontend build pipelines (Vite/React)
- Experience with IIS
