We are looking for an Amazon Connect/Contact Center expert (m/f/d): Tasks/Requirements: AWS CORE SERVICES AND ARCHITECTURE: ·Extensive experience with Amazon Connect and related services such as AWS Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway SPECIAL SKILLS FOR AMAZON CONNECT: ·Phone numbers, complaint process, and porting ·Routing logic and setup, skill management ·Flows: Flow development and modularization (Lambda, customer profiles, external APIs) ·Channels: Voice, chat & messaging, email ·Agent applications: Customization of CCP & agent workspace, integration into CRM ·Customer profiles: Integration of customer data, integration into flow and agent workspace ·Amazon Lex: Design of Lex voice and chat bots, integration into Connect flow AUTOMATION & SCRIPTING / DEVELOPMENT: ·Automation of routine tasks (routing updates, user provisioning) Framework conditions: ·Start: November 1, 2025 ·Duration: 7 months+ ·Workload: Full-time ·Location: Remote ·Language: English (German and Dutch are an advantage)
