Projektbeschreibung: We are looking for an experienced solution architect to develop the concept for the future planning and scheduling (resource allocation) solution landscape within a complex matrix organization. The assignment focuses on specifying requirements and thereupon defining the target picture & conceptual design for an integrated scheduling platform that enhances resource efficiency. The consultant will build on existing input materials (strategic material, internal tool documentation, and initiative overview) and operate largely independently. The output will serve as a first concept draft & roadmap for further decision-making. Anforderungen: Required qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in consulting, IT strategy, or enterprise/solution architecture - Strong background in planning, scheduling, or optimization systems (e.g., workforce management, production scheduling) - Proven expertise in designing modular, data-driven IT architectures and integration frameworks - Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof architecture concepts - Excellent analytical and visualization skills for complex systems - Ability to operate largely independently - Strong communication skills in English & German - Bonus: Experience with AI-driven optimization platforms and enterprise data architecture Rahmenbedingungen: Start: 03.11.2025 Ende: 30.12.2025 Auslastung: fulltime Ort: remote Sprache: deutsch
