wir sind auf der Suche nach einem Senior SAP S/4 Program Manager(m/w/d): As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead multiple cross-functional teams and manage complex SAP transformation programs across global business units. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to align diverse stakeholders between multiple time zones and ensure successful delivery of multi-year initiatives. You will focus on business process optimization and SAP S/4HANA enablement, bridging business needs with technical execution. Your ability to influence, motivate, and coordinate teams will be critical to driving program success. Key responsibilities: Program Leadership & Governance Strategic Planning & Execution Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Business-Focused SAP Expertise Experience: ·5-7+ years managing large-scale ERP programs with multiple workstreams and global scope. ·Proven leadership of cross-functional teams (SAP functional, integration, RPA, and business process teams). ·Expertise in SAP S/4HANA from a business perspective (Finance, MM, SD, SCM). ·Skilled in Agile and hybrid delivery models; experience with SAFe is a plus. ·Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus. ·Preferred: SAP S/4HANA certifications (Finance, MM/SCM, or Integration) ·Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines. ·Background in cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API integrations. ·Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
