Mission Overview: A major financial institution operating across Europe, with approximately €184 billion in assets under custody, has initiated a strategic onboarding project for its German operations. The objective is to fully migrate and integrate client activities by the end of 2027. This initiative spans both the German and Italian markets and includes services such as Custody & Securities Settlement, Cash Management, and Tax Services for both Global and Local Custody. Required Skills: ·Proven experience as a project manager ·Strong background in onboarding and migration projects within the asset management and financial services sectors ·In-depth knowledge of the German custody market; familiarity with internal processes of large financial institutions is a plus ·Experience in drafting procedures, operating memoranda, SLAs, and KPIs Key Responsibilities: To ensure timely and successful onboarding, the institution is seeking a project manager or deputy stream lead to support the following activities: ·Lead and coordinate the German workstream of the project ·Review and validate operational requirements ·Identify, analyze, and resolve operational gaps ·Assess IT requirements and collaborate with IT teams on necessary system enhancements and deployments ·Support the implementation of client-specific reporting requirements ·Design and implement operational workflows ·Establish client KPI management processes ·Develop FTE planning and governance structures ·Drive the onboarding process in alignment with the global roadmap Project Duration: August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2026 Location: Frankfurt am Main Remote working rate: 60%
- Proven experience as a project manager
